HOW DO YOU GO FROM "BEING THERE"...

...to Summer Teeth to this? What the hell happened to Wilco? The critics couldn't say enough good things about this album - there's even a documentary on the making of it. I listened to it over and over trying to figure out why I didn't like it. Being There is so amazing - truly one of the best albums ever made. This is just a boring mess of distracting sounds and poor vocals. Maybe Wilco is trying to out artsy everyone else - music should be enjoyable and this isn't. I hope they fix it by their next release.
